χρηματοδοτούμενης από Τζώρτζ Σόρος οργάνωσης International Crisis Group ακριβώς πριν από 10 χρονια (12 January 2009) όπου προτείνουν την ονομασία «Βόρεια Μακεδονία» όπως και την γλώσσα και την «εθνική συνείδηση»:

Σελ 1-2 Policy Briefing της οργάνωσης International Crisis Group: In order to rebuild trust and finally resolve the name dispute, the following steps should be taken:

Skopje should publicly state its readiness to accept the latest proposal of the UN mediator that “Republic of North Macedonia” be the name for all international purposes;

Athens should respond by acknowledging the national identity and language of its northern neighbour as “Macedonian” and accepting Skopje’s assurance that use of that adjective does not imply

any exclusivity or territorial claim over the northern Greek province of Macedonia; 

Συμφωνία Πρεσπών:  The official name of the Second Party shall be the «Republic of North Macedonia»,which shall be the constitutional name of the Second Party and shall be used erga omnes, as provided for in this Agreement. The short name of the Second Party shall be «North Macedonia».

b) The nationality of the Second Party shall be Macedonian/citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia, as it will be registered in all travel documents.

c) The official language of the Second Party shall be the «Macedonian language».
